Every job at Lightwell Windows & Doors is priced job-by-job, off a free written estimate. There is no hourly rate, no plan to join, no subscription, nothing to sign up for. You get a single number – the full price for the specific work on your specific home – in writing, before anyone picks up a tool.

If you say no, you owe us nothing. If you say yes, the number on that estimate is the number on the invoice. It doesn’t move.

What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out

Nothing. The estimate visit is free, and there is no obligation attached to it.

When we come out, we look at the actual openings, the existing frames, the surrounding trim, and anything else that affects the job. We take measurements. We talk through the options that make sense for your home. At the end of the visit, you have a written price in hand – not a ballpark, not a range pending further review. A real number, in writing, for the real job.

You’re free to say no, take time, get other quotes, or come back to us in a month. That’s how estimates are supposed to work, and it’s the only way we do them.

Common Questions

Is the estimate really free?

Yes – completely free, no strings. We come out, look at the job, take measurements, and give you a written price. If you decide not to move forward, there’s no charge and no follow-up pressure. The only reason we do estimates is so you can make a real decision with a real number in front of you.

Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?

We don’t, and that’s deliberate. Every job is priced off a free written estimate – one clear number for the full job, before any work starts. No interest rate to read the fine print on, no monthly statement to track. If you want to know what the job costs, call us and we’ll come show you.

Can I combine two offers?

One offer per household per visit. If you’re not sure which one applies to your situation, just ask when you call – we’ll tell you before the appointment is booked, so there’s no confusion at the end of the visit.

Does the price change once you’re here?

No. The written estimate is the price. If we get into the work and find something genuinely unexpected – a frame condition that wasn’t visible from the outside, for example – we stop, explain what we found, and give you a new written price before we do anything else. We don’t continue and add it to the invoice later.
